Our long-term accommodation fees are based on weekly rates and all subsequent payments will automatically be debited from your card every Friday when the charge becomes due. The automatic billing takes place at 6 am on a Friday morning.

Please note that the annual price increase applies to all room types. We will give you advance notice in writing.
If you are not happy with any price increase, you may end the agreement on one week’s written notice without penalty (you would just have to pay for the period up to when you leave and also any other applicable charges, such as the cost of damages and/or arrears)
