Can friends or family stay with me?

Friends and family are welcome to visit you at the hostel, provided they comply with hostel procedures and rules. Upon arrival, visitors must report to reception, provide valid photo identification, and sign in. They must also sign out when leaving the hostel.

As a volunteer, you are responsible for ensuring that any guests or visitors you invite to the hostel behave appropriately and comply with hostel rules and expectations at all times. We ask all volunteers to be mindful that LHA hostels are shared living environments where the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of all residents, volunteers, guests, and staff are important.

Please note that visitors are not permitted to enter or remain in the hostel between 23:00 and 08:00, enter bedrooms or dining rooms without the prior permission of the House Manager.

The hostel reserves the right to ask visitors to leave or to exclude them from the premises at any time where necessary. If you are unsure whether a visit is permitted or have any special circumstances, please speak to a member of staff in advance, who will be happy to advise.
