Can I become a paid employee after being sponsored by LHA?

 You are welcome to apply for paid opportunities at LHA where eligible. However, moving from volunteering under the Charity Worker route into paid employment would require a different type of visa sponsorship. Unfortunately, LHA does not currently hold the required sponsorship licence for employment-based visas.
