Can I choose who I share a room with?

Our volunteer accommodation is generally arranged within single-sex dormitories and room allocations are managed according to availability and operational needs.

If you become friends with another volunteer and would like to share a room, or if you are joining LHA alongside a family member and would prefer to be accommodated together, you are welcome to discuss this with the House Manager. Where suitable accommodation is available and operationally possible, we will do our best to accommodate the request.

However, room changes and specific room requests cannot be guaranteed and will always be subject to availability.
