Previous volunteering, hospitality, hostel, or customer service experience is not required to become an LHA volunteer.

What matters most is a positive attitude, commitment, willingness to contribute, and an interest in supporting the hostel community and our charitable mission. Appropriate guidance and support will be provided to help volunteers feel confident in their role.
