How much do I have to pay?

Payments

To confirm your booking, you need to pay a holding deposit of one week’s accommodation charge. The holding deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation or fail to arrive. 

Deposits

On the day you move in, your holding deposit will be transferred to form your licence deposit. The licence deposit is refundable upon departure, within 10 working days, as long as you meet the minimum stay terms (14 nights) and give one week’s notice. We may make reasonable deductions from the licence deposit to cover the cost of any breakages, damage or loss to us or our property or equipment, which has been caused by you. 

Payment Terms

Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay your first week’s accommodation charge in order for you to be checked in. All our hostels are cashless, so we only accept payment by debit or credit card for the first week’s accommodation charge. For all subsequent weeks, you are required to agree to automated billing (Hassle Free Payments).

Hassle-Free Payments

When you make your first payment you will be agreeing for us to store your card details within LHA London’s secure billing system, you will also be agreeing that all subsequent payments will automatically be debited from your card every Friday when the charge becomes due. The automatic billing takes place at 6 am on a Friday morning. The weekly payment you make is for a week’s accommodation in advance. A week is classed as from Saturday 10 am to Saturday 9.59 am.

 

If you are staying less than 14 nights you will be paying a daily rate (for prices see each site’s page), and you will need to pay for your full stay in advance.
