What behaviour is expected from volunteers?

In line with LHA's values of being open and honest, knowledgeable, professional, supportive, passionate, and welcoming, we expect all volunteers to reflect the image of LHA and act in accordance with these values at all times.

Volunteers should treat fellow residents, guests, staff, and visitors with respect, contribute positively to the community, and conduct themselves in a manner that supports a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
