What happens if my volunteering ends early while sponsored?

Of course, we hope that all sponsored volunteers will remain with us for the full duration of their sponsorship period. However, if for any reason we need to consider ending the volunteering arrangement early, for example due to breaches of the Volunteering Agreement, Code of Conduct, or other serious concerns, unfortunately your journey with LHA would also come to an end.

As we understand that your right to remain in the UK may be connected to your sponsorship status, we will always try, to the best of our ability and where circumstances allow, to provide as much notice as possible so that you have time to make appropriate arrangements, including organising return travel if needed.

We always encourage open communication throughout the volunteering experience and hope that any concerns can be discussed and addressed at an early stage wherever possible.
