What support will I receive when I arrive?

 The team is there to support you at all times, from your arrival to departure. They will show you around the hostel, provide amenities access (creating a key card, providing you with bedsheets and pillows, giving you our volunteering T shirts) and explain everything about meals/food ordering, smoking areas and other. Please don’t be shy to ask away anything, we are here to support.
