Who to contact when I have questions about volunteering duties, volunteering in general or if I would like to discuss any concerns? 

Your first point of contact should always be a member of staff on duty at your hostel, as they will be best placed to support you with any day-to-day questions regarding volunteering duties, schedules, or hostel procedures.

If you would like to discuss any concerns in more detail, we encourage volunteers to initially raise these with the House Manager. You can also contact the Volunteering Team directly at volunteers@lhalondon.com , who will be happy to provide guidance and support where needed.

At LHA, we encourage open communication and want all volunteers to feel comfortable asking questions or speaking up about any concerns during their stay.
